I Course Travels
|
| |
| The National Doctoral Programme of Psychology compensates travel expenses 100 euro per course for postgraduate students participating in courses and events arranged by the Doctoral Programme. It is assumed that students choose the most inexpensive means of travel available. The Doctoral Programme does not compensate for the daily allowance. If the Programme has arranged collective transportation to an event, it should generally be utilized. |
| |
| The Steering Group of the Doctoral Programme has decided to compensate travel expenses up till 150 euro per course, if either of the following comes true: |
| |
1) taking part in the course requires accommodation at least for two nights or
2) if the costs using the most inexpensive means of travel available are higher than 75 euro and taking part in the course requires accommodation at least for one night. |
|
.
|
| The compensation is paid subsequent to the journey in exchange for the receipts of travel and accommodation. The receipts are enclosed in an envelope along with a filled and signed application form and sent to the Coordinator. Any excursions made prior to the current calendar year shall not be compensated for. Therefore, it should be noted that compensation applications for travels made at the end of the year should be posted as soon as possible. |
