| The Doctoral Programme is lead by the Head ot the Doctoral Programme and the Steering Group. |

The Head of the Doctoral Programme is selected by the General Assembly of the Psykonet university network. The same
person can hold the post of the head of the Doctoral Programme of be a member of the Steering Group continuously
for a maximum of two four-year graduate school cycles.

The leaders of research groups form a Supervisor Council that elects among themselves the Steering Group of five members and their deputies. The Steering Group of the Doctoral Programme is nominated by the Psykonet Management Team. The Steering Group must have equal representation of different fields and departments of psychology in Finland. Also the doctoral students elect a student representative and a substitute to the Steering Group.

| The Steering Group elects a vice-chair among it´s members and names a secretary. The Coordinator of the Doctoral Programme acts as the secretary for the Steering Group. |
